Very positive experience overall. John and Libby were very helpful and courteous. The only somewhat negative thing was that the 5 x 10 unit we rented online wasn’t truly a full 5 x 10. In the front portion, it was 5 feet across but at about 3 or 4 feet into the unit it narrowed to about 4 feet wide because of a doorway/hallway next to it. We were unsure if our items would fit. John showed us around to other units that were the true advertised size but they weren’t as convenient to move into. He gave us the option to switch units if we found that our items wouldn’t fit, luckily they did.
