Public Storage was very easy to work with, and can pretty much do everything you need to get a locker or parking space all online. (Which makes the experience very easy) Codes were easy to use and had no problems getting to where I needed to go to park my car there for storage. I will however have to change the one I did get, so hopefully they allow a change is the storage area, and hopefully that does goes smoothly like everything else has gone... Overall Great Spot.

Had a very friendly and helpful welcome when I arrived to do paperwork for my unit. Public Storsge is convenient and secure. I would recommend to friends.

I applied online for a reduced rate. When I went to the officeI was greeted by two professional, knowledgeable employees who took their time to explain everything to me, took me to my locker and showed me how to use the locks and gave me tips on the best way to make use of the space. And besides all that, they were very personable and fun to work with. Very impressed with the whole experience.

My reservation day went smooth , staff was friendly & nice , also my monthly rate was what i was promised , some other places tell you one price & then all of a sudden its higher but not Public Storage , they stick to what they say , i would recommend them.

I needed a quick and easy solution to my parents moving to a smaller house, since they're getting old. Signing up online was easy, getting in and out was easy, and the location was good. I was able to make two trips with a full van! I recommend Public Storage for their prices, location(s), security, and helpful staff.

Krysten said she was new here but really knew her stuff. She was well educated regarding any questions we had and was incredibly personable. We showed up and she had us in and out with the perfect storage space in under a half hour. I would highly recommend this place based solely on the level of customer service we received.

Needed to store my truck and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my situation. Gelana and Terrance were great helping me find a spot. They answered every question I had and always were there to answer any new ones that came up. They made it hassle free and I'm very glad to have come to this storage for the great, friendly service!

Needed a quick & affordable place & you guys met the criteria.

My back was against the wall, had just sold my house and all my belongings in a UHaul and found out my apartment wasn't fit for occupation (another story...). I called Public Storage late in the afternoon on a Friday and they were great, enabling me to store everything in their storage unit the next morning.

first time user - from website to property manager you get high marks! The hardware was pretty rusty though...

Found just the storage I needed moving from house to apartment, saving up down payment for post-divorce house. Staff friendly and helpful. Storage unit easy to access. Plenty of maneuvering space, even with a moving van.
