This is the first time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used this facility. We needed a unit fast and this place came through. I was able to order it all online, arrive and do all I needed to without the nit and gritty of speaking to someone directly to fill out continuous amounts of paperwork.

Alexus was wonderful in handling my first experience with you guys. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She made sure she explained how the process worked, billing, what to expect after my first month. She even walked me to my unit in a heat wave to make sure I was satisfied with the space. She definitely deserves recognition for customer service. I will be referring business to your Southampton location because of her.

Your manager at the Southampton location couldn't have been my helpful in assisting me. The only problem I have is the location of the new gate keypad. You now have to exit your car to punch in the gate code. It's not user friendly.

Amanda made renting my unit seamless! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, when it came to finding the right size unit. Unit was clean and ready for move in!

No frills storage space that raises there rent when they feel like it, i was with them for less than 6 months befire they raised my rent. Cant wait to see what the next increase looks like.

I have been with Public Storage for quite awhile now, though I didn't plan to be - trouble with getting a truck/people to clear out unit - don't get though why a 5 X5 is less than half of a 5x10 which was increased this past month, so far in about a year and a half rate went up $20 plus. And though they did their best during the winter storm, it wasn't really cleared out right away, or thoroughly (the snow). But the office staff is quite good!

Nicole (manger) explained everything to my satafaction , and answered all of my questions. She showed me the unit I would be renting even I showed up a day or so early. Very polite and respectful ( I'm a veteran ,and use a cane to walk any distance)

Staff is friendly and helpful, but for over a week I haven't had light in my storage unit. Was told they are waiting on light bulbs.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. The gate locks at 9 pm, which seems inconvenient when it is under surveillance and has a code to access. I have used other storage that was 24/7. They made me buy a specific lock which seems wasteful because I will never be able to use it again.

I was finished my first year of college and I looked online to find inexpensive storage units to hold my stuff I didn't want to take home. While looking online I found the cheapest rate was Public Storage in the Bryn Athyn area. After my first experience, I was impressed by the customer service by the staff. They walked me through the process from start to finish and never tried to pressure me into buying a specific unit.

This is a very well run establishment with an agent who conveys the impression that the customer is important and valued. Everything worked well and went smoothly.
