It was very easy to rent a space and move in. Good communication and very thorough.

My locker had a padlock on it and it took 2 hours for a manager to open it for me.

The agent I worked with was excellent. Very helpful. My 4 star rating is because of the un-expected add-on costs like the $24 move-in fee which as best as I can determine is an unwarranted charge.

The process of renting a storage unit at this location was seamless. Traci was welcoming and very professional. She was extremely accommodating and patient as she took us around the property to view different units to help us determine the best size unit we needed. The location is extremely accessible to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Would absolutely recommend to others looking to rent storage space.

Came in office to inquire about renting a unit in future and was given a lot of great info will definitely store here in the future and recommend to family and friends.

When I called the call center to ask if the Montgomeryville, PA, facility was tractor trailer accessible, I was told it was. When I went to see the facility I was told it is not tractor trailer accessible. The site manager was able to contact the Willow Grove facility and transfer my reservation. The second site manager was also wonderful, but I was frustrated that the call center did not have accurate information about the Montgomeryville facility.

I came to Public Storage with no previous experience with the company or the industry, but Traci helped me get through the process. Rather than just asking how big of a unit I needed (I had no idea), she asked me pertinent questions that allowed her to recommend the proper size. And she nailed it! The unit is full, but not jammed, and all my items are stored perfectly. No wasted space, no wasted money. She was great.

The location was very convenient (I wanted to be close to the interstate), and the woman in the office was extremely nice - helped a lot. She sought my actual needs and found the perfect space for it in order to save me money, yet meet my need. Wonderful experience.
