Great customer service, I showed up when the person in the office was on his break and he still took the time to explain how things work and was very very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he had a dog and he was so helpful.

Move in was quite simple once I figured out the security gate. So I am pleased with that. Customer service was great helping with that and more than willing to help with anything I needed.

Ok here you go the review you requested. Entry is terrible key pad should be drive up on driver's side. Exit should be pull up and leave. Why must u exit vehicle. Spend some of those millions and make it convenient for the cusyomer!@@
