Online reservation process was simple and quick. Convenient location and easily accessible. Personal storage unit was very clean when entered. Management followed-up the day after move-in to verify everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend!

I have had many storage spaces in different states. The attitude and demeanor of ALL the women at this location stand out in the best way. Not only are they professional, they are all warm , friendly, accurate with their information and consistent with said info, they are concise, hard working, provide excellent customer service, and have a neat & well groomed appearance. I am very grateful for the staff here and they are an asset to this business, I hope they are appreciated and recognized accordingly by others, as well as upper management.

We found ourselves in need of a rental immediately and on a very tight timetable for the day. I was able to find and reserve a unit and move in within about 30 min. The help onsite walking me through the process was helpful, informative, efficient, and warm. I could not have asked for a better save for the tight spot or timetable. The unit was easy to access and pristine.

Excellent customer service. Easy, stream lined check in process. Very professional. After 30 years of moving while my husband was active duty USMC, I have seen storage facilities all over the USA. This place is clean, organized, well-run and staffed by well-trained professionals.

From the first time that we met with Erica, to renting the unit through Margaret, we became thoroughly informed and were made to feel welcome at the facility. Charlie in Customer Service helped us to expedite the rental - all of the people whom we have met have been very helpful. One comment: we recently had to bring our ice chipper to clear the door to the upper level as it would not open due to the piled up snow. We are not sure who is maintaining the facility but it could use some rock salt and some clearing away of the ice puddles.
