I had a problem and moving in with the lift got a hold of Damien Lee who came out and fixed it

Notified rate increase of over 20%. Was told everyone was subject to AN increase. So this increase is not across board but handed out individually. Will shop around for surely a cheaper alternative. Had the unit less than 6 months.

I had a great experience joining CubeSmart thanks to their commitment to customer service. My facility manager was able to handle all my questions and suggest best practices for how to maximize my storage unit for the most space and best price. The facilities themselves are well-kept, with only minor wear and tear, but the maintenance appears very dedicated to keeping things working smoothly.

The facility was ok. The units were a little shabby but functional. However the help there was awesome. I forget his name, but he works at both locations and from the get go was super helpful and friendly. Helped me find the best deal and location for my needs. I was moving across the country and was able to drive right in- move in, get situated, and even drop off my u-haul rental hassle-free. Super knowledgable, honest, and again so helpful.
