After a snowstorm piled excess snow on my parking space, the folks pivoted and created another space for my RV.

Beth and Jessica were both courteous and friendly. Beth drove me over to my storage unit before doing any paperwork to ensure it was satisfactory. She explained everything before I was on my way. I have only had my items in storage for a few days but as of this time I would recommend Cubesmart from my experience.

I was very happy with my service. The representative was very thorough and went over everything. They were very compasionate about my need to immediately find a storage unit. They searched out the best rate seeing my situation was urgent. The set me the address and found a closet and even better storage facility owned by the same company than what I had found on line. I really appreciated this help. When I got to the storage unit everyone was very kind. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, but they still took a lot of time with me to give me a tour and fill everything out. I was very greatful for my great service.

Disclosing the mandatory insurance fee before the reservation has been made would seem a little less shady.

CubeSmart is exactly as advertised! Outdoor, drive-up, so if you're expecting climate control, you're in the wrong place. Dave is super friendly and helpful, and the storage container I received was super clean. Overall, very competitive prices, and very great customer service!

Dave at CubeSmart was great! Super easy to work with, explained all the different insurance levels, and got me a great unit ASAP. The units are outdoors and not climate controlled, but that's fine for my purposes, and you can drive right up to the unit.

You guys wore the best priced. Also loved getting the first month free.

I preregistered online at sparefoot but for some reason they did not transfer any of the information to the actual location other than the reservation unit size and my name. At the location everything was quickly and well handled by David Almeida and we were very pleased with the storage unit.

Customer service was excellent , the man at the counter was also a veteran like me and understood my storage needs due to my military service. The process was very easy and fast. The only issue was there's was a lot of rust on the locking mechanism of my unit which made it difficult to get it open but nothing that would make me change my mind about the level of safety and security which is up to par with what I expect and want.

This storage facility is right off 95, is clean and easily accessible. It's got drive up access to all units and the grounds are clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location and local area is not the greatest, but the grounds seem secure- with key pad gate access and video camera surveillance. Happy with my choice and would recommend to a friend.

This is my first experience with a storage facility, and I am impressed. Very affordable, secure and great customer service! Will be back again

They were friendly, affordable and courteous.

The process was fast, though the specifics of the kind of unit were not specified. I didn't want a space with 2 doors which would need 2 locks. I ended up with smaller unit, and hopefully all my stuff will fit. The manager was at least helpful in trying to accommodate me.

I've been storing my items here for many years. Although the business has changed hands through the years, Dave, who is a constant fixture at the facility, has always been very courteous and helpful. Anytime I did have an issue, or any questions regarding my unit, it was handled promptly.

Quick and easy. Manager was very personable, and facility is clean and easy to get in and out of.

Customer service is outstanding. Quick and concise explanations and time was taken answering all of my questions. I felt welcome and would trust my belongings at this facility.

They did not give me a 50% discount on first full month-- and that was the reason I picked the facility. Also they did not disclose a $9 per month insurance charge until I actually arrived to rent a unit.

I had a terrific experience with my move in. Everything was easy. David in the customer service office was friendly and helpful, and made the move in as easy as it could be. Location is great because it is right off of 95. You do have to be careful driving around, as there are some blind intersections, but I feel very good about the experience.
