Fair pricing, paperwork took longer than usual. I pick my storage unit online. They had the paper work printed. I wish they made you give more info online. When I got there all they had was the paper work for the storage unit I pick. Some of the other papers I signed in the store, could have been done online. Staff was friendly. Only nine person working though so I had to wait twenty minutes for help. When I received help, the staff member was great. Well secured facility.would recommend this to a friend.

Love the big space and great customer service. The only down side is that there are no lights in the unit, which makes it Difficult to move or search for things.

Customer service was excellent - I have been using storage units for many many years! I recently moved from another company to Cube Smart because it was closer to my home. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you cannot get the cart out to your truck/car because there is a step! You have to walk your heavy box to the cart inside the door. Also, my last storage unit had a much wider entry door - so multiple people can utilize without waiting. Also - I wish the climate controlled units had an extra layer on the outside for protection -

Friendly and informed staff. Above board treatment, no hidden fees and 'surprises'. Easy and fast to reserved and obtain spacing. Pleasant experience during a rather hectic time.

This is a highly secure facility. The customer service was fantastic. They took care of the paperwork and it was a breeze to get things done. We ended up needing a larger unit than we thought, but they showed us and quickly cleaned one out for us so we could move in the next day. Great job!
