Our move-in went smoothly. It's a nice facility and the staff was helpful. I would just note that it's not temperature controlled and the moving truck is quite large. Otherwise everything about the facility is fine so far!

one of the reasons we decided to move into your units was the availability of a move truck however your attendant said truck was booked for next 2 weeks after borrowing a small pick up truck and making 7 trips with stuff the truck was sitting there 6 0f the 7 trips little disappointed instead of 1 trip to move in it took 7 hope to use it when moving out
