Prime Storage - Narragansett Ave

This was my first time using a storage facility for my college student. The service was excellent even when I had to change the size and name on the account because I leave out of state. Carlos is friendly and helpful. He even reminds me about closing out of my account. This is what you call excellent customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a place to store their belongings. I even got my first month free.

Driving up at first I was a little nervous, but after the unit was in a secure lot and was so clean!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been dealing with a lot in life and had to rent a storage space last minute. I reserved online and got a call from the office. I believe it was David that I spoke with. He went over everything with me, explained to me how everything works and I was left with no questions, he had all of the information I needed. Moving in was so easy also, he showed me how everything worked and I can honestly say I was very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended.

My unit looks brand new, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s enclosed so I feel safe with my possessions being in this facility.

More customer service training, the heat is not on in the building and not sure why. I paid for a heat controlled unit. It is freezing cold and dirty in the building and there are not enough carts to use. Invest on the side of the buildings as well as outside. Pricing went up and service went down!!Г°ЕёЛњЕѕГ°ЕёЛњЕѕГ°ЕёЛњЕѕ

The entire month of September 2020 I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move anything from my unit because the elevator was broken. It is where I store ALL of my fall/ Halloween/ Christmas decor. It was very frustrating that I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get answers from anyone. The gates in and out of the facility are always broken. I never feel safe going there myself. There are always people lurking and sitting in their units. If there was another facility close to me I would definitely move.

Close to home I park my van there.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know that this Prime Storage existed and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never been. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t needed a storage unit for YEARS and my last experience wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t great. This place is CLEAN, the unit is SPACIOUS and EASY TO ACCESS with FREIGHT ELEVATOR for large loads. I chose a unit on the 2nd floor because it was the only indoor 10x10 unit available and the elevator is SO CONVENIENT, with pushcart dollys/platform truck beds that go straight to your car. My first month was even free!! I was so relieved that my things are in a safe space while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going through my moving process

Never used a storage facility before didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to expect but the customer service rep was extremely friendly and helpful
