Good citizen
Office was not staffed on move in day during posted office hours. When I called they said the attendant floats between properties and an advanced appointment is needed to ensure the office is staffed. Carts are available only during office hours. And the 3rd floor is full of rodents.

The facility is clean enough. Elevators through the double doors, with maybe 6 carts around. Easy to navigate. What temperature is it even on most of the time? It was humid/muggy when I move my things in and moving large quantity makes for a very sweaty time. It makes me dread going in. Wish i can go late at night just because i think it would be cooler. Also, the website said I can return the key provided but the clerks there won't take it.

Definitly need breadcrumbs for first time movers… I.e. Elervator 3 rows ahead. This row 1 - 5. Color Coded rows or numbers, so everything does not look the same. Lots of wasted time lost.

The check in process was quick and easy and Kari understood I was in a hurry to move my stuff in so I really appreciated that she sped through the finalization of the reservation and payment process, making sure I understood everything of course.

I arrived late to find no one there; I had to wait a few min for someone to come back to the office, but the people were kind & helpful, explaining everything clearly. The facility was nice & clean. I didn't like being sent a bill for next month before my stuff spent a week in the facility.

The facility is nice. I like that it's climate controlled and I like the gate access with security codes, and the person that helped me was great. I don't like that creating a reservation online only reserves the price, not the unit. It's a minor compliant, but I don't feel that the website made that clear. I scheduled my start date out farther assuming it would be held, but when I spoke with someone, they said it only holds the price.

Rick at Cranston was FANTASTIC. Talk about wonderful customer service and willingness to work with a new customer. He was VERY diplomatic cleaning up a MESS made by corporate. Your website is very DECEIVING. You claim that I had a reservation but all I really had was a locked in rate. You indicate that by reserving online the process will be fast, easy and get rid of the hassle. That is a LIE. There was only one unit left and if I hadn't RACED to get there on my check in day it would have been sold to someone else.

Overall a great experience. Mia and Tyler are both very knowledgeable about how much storage space you may need. Park Ave facility is clean and bright. Everything was explained when questions were asked. Hours are accommodating.

Very clean facility. Whole process was fairly streamlined and quick. Only reason for just 4 stars is that the manager was quite pushy with extras that I didn't need: boxes, tape, packing material. Also, it wasn't completely clear why I had to buy a lock from them rather than use my gym lock. Manager said that it was required but I'm not so sure as I saw gym locks on other units.

So far, the employees I spoke with before renting were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with the representative at the front deskin was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me than walked me through every step of the way. Walked me right up to my storage unit and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone in need of renting storage units.

Disappointed in the designs. There is a incredibly small amount of parking behind gate and also disappointed in the fact that there are only a few dollies available, which you have to walk around to the front of the building as apposed to walking through the building. This is extremely aggreivating the pooring rain. On another note the facility is extremely clean and the staff was pleasant to deal with.

Last week I rented a storage container at Pulbic Storage, located on Park Avenue in Cranston, RI. I was very impressed with the women that showed me the container and all the help I received. The first day I was there to use the container the Manager, Chastity, was extremely helpful. She was working alone that day and my wife and I were very impressed with her running around to help everyone who was there. Locking the door, running to the loading area, running back and helping everyone within a minimal amount of time. I like the cleanliness and security too.

The manager, Chastity, was very professional and pleasant. Even though a number of people all came in at once when I was there to view and rent my unit, she handled all with courtesy. The facility is quite clean and well lit. On the day I moved some furniture in with a good sized truck, another employee was also courteous and accommodating about helping with the gates. Couldn't have gone smoother, or better! Period.

First and foremost, let me say, the customer service is Excellent. Professional with a Sincere concern for the items I'm storing. The Spaces are clean and plenty of lighting and left me feeling secure. I actually moved my items in on the night of the Blizzard and thought it might be a hassle for them. Instead I received all the time, explanations and answers I needed as well as showing me 2 units. I was not rushed and felt good by the time I left. I have used other PS companies in RI before. But non surpass the one on Park Av in Cranston RI. Thank you for being there for me and my belongings. I will definitely rent from this PS again, when I need to store more items.

This is a very nice facility and a great price.. The only issue is the lighting only stays on for 3 minutes.. very annoying. The motion light sensors are supposed to be adjusted... been waiting weeks...
