Love the no contact reservation.

After a few months the bill went up, did not expect that or warned when we took the unit. The ceiling leaked and many of our things were ruined by water damage and mold. We showed the manager and she told us they would provide a dumpster for whatever was ruined. Also found dead mice in front of many of the units. When we requested a dumpster was told they do not do that and we would have to remove the ruined things ourselves. When we told the manager she told us they would provide a dumpster she denied it. Called their 1800 number requesting the district manager's number. They would not give it to me and was once again told that we would have to remove the items ourselves.

This Public Storage location is hands down the best storage facility that I have ever dealt with. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, always a pleasure dealing with anyone who is working here, especially Kari! The hours that they are staffed are very convenient and someone can always be reached by phone. This is our go to storage facility, very easy to get to, safe, clean, and the customer service is above and beyond what anyone would expect! Highly recommended if you are looking for a storage unit in the RI area.
