This was such a wonderful experience for me. The boss was completely professional. The other woman that help with the paperwork was completely professional. The boss took the time to walk me upstairs and show me the unit before I bought it. They offered me a lot for the storage unit cuz I did not have one. I also got a 50% discount off for the first two months. So I paid in advance for the first two months. Carts are right outside the doors so you can load your stuff up place is very clean I am very satisfied with my overall experience. It's nice to see the boss of a business take the time to interact with customers. It's not something you see every day.

I went to the office after setting up a reservation, I was helped by Candice who was extremely polite, helpful, and professional, this place was very busy and with several rude customers and phone calls, yet her can the others behind the counter maintained efficient and polite service to myself and others. Pricing is very affordable with a wide selection of sizes, the staff has excellent customer service! I think these guys need a raise.

I don't usually write reviews for anything but for this I have to. The elevator is ALWAYS messed up. So if you don't mind using the stairs, it's a good deal. There was an issue with the elevator this past Saturday, was told it would be fixed on Monday. Went on Tuesday and it was barley working and now today (Wednesday) it's down again. Ran into a gentleman the other day that was highly upset removing his stuff from the facility saying there was an issue with the elevator from the previous week he was there. It's clear that it's an on-going problem. The place has 1 elevator and 1 staircase, I'm highly upset about my experience since I got the unit but will keep my stuff there until I have to take it out because removing it now will just be inconvenient and they will not refund my money anyways. Only 1 person is the office is helpful, the other 2 young people have no knowledge of anything. Other storage units cost more but i'm going to guess that's it's worth the money for the hassle that I have been going through since I got the unit. This has REALLY slowed down my moving process as I cannot haul a ton of stuff up through the staircase. However, it is clean and each floor is climate controlled EXCEPT the staircase. The staircase is not like your average stairs at home, think in terms of a HUGE mill staircase which is the same amount has 2 long stairs case in a reg home. This is summer and it is EXTREMELY hot to be moving stuff around, imagine going to the storage unit place with a PACKED car to only find out the elevator is broken. Your only option would be to use the stairs, which I had to and it was hot as hell. I hope this information will be useful to others, again it's probably only worth is if you plan to rent a unit on the 1st floor. Otherwise I would highly suggest looking elsewhere to save yourself the time and energy.

The young kid who helped me was very kind and hi-energy, professional and courteous. Semi Affordable and location is so easily accessible. My only complaint.. not enough hand carts. otherwise.. this is the best storage experience I have had

I was in a rush to get a storage unit and i found this place and thank God I did. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and made sure I understood the prices, sizes of storage units, etc. Everyone there made sure I had the best experience and they lived up to it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

I've been storing my college gear every summer since freshmen year and it's always an easy process. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are easy to access.

I chose this facility because it had the cheapest 5x5 unit within 5 miles ($25/mo), but when I arrived the salesperson informed me that all of the 5x5 units were taken, and the next size was 5x10 for $65/mo. I needed storage immediately so signed on for the rest of the month at least, and this size ended up being what I needed anyway. The space is clean, I've never had to wait to load my things, and the loading docks are easy to work. I'll likely use them in the future, I just wish there was more transparency about what untis were available (in-person they said it was first-come, first-serve).

I am a collage student who needed a unit to move my dorm stuff into for the summer. The price fit my budget and I was able to store all my stuff with no trouble at all.

The customer service was great, Desiree was very helpful with the move-in process. The prices are good, better than most other places I saw in the area. Access to the facility is easy, plenty of dollies available for transporting stuff between car and unit. The unit itself was very clean, it looked like they filter the air because we couldn't find much dust. The climate control is a very nice feature.

nice facility, employees could use better training (person helping me didn't know anything about the insurance option). They gave me a unit that the far end of the building from the loading dock, had to carry couch all the way there because dollies were too small.

Good access to building, with lots of dolly's and a big, working elevator. All said- 100 times better than the other storage place I came from!!!! : )

I moved my storage in on Sept 11th around 4pm and the two gentleman that assisted me were very pleasant and professional.

biggest downside -- the freight elevator is not very large. biggest upside -- the first 4 months were significantly discounted, which made it cheaper than anything else i had found in MA, NH, RI or CT.

FRIENDLY STAFF WITH EASY ACCESS TO MY UNIT. I SHOPPED AROUND FOR THE BEST DEAL AND STORAGE AMERICA HAD IT. ONLY 1 COMPLAINT { MY UNIT WAS NOT SWEPT OUT AND THE FLOOR WAS LITTERED WITH SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND A FEW WRAPPERS WE HAD TO SHOE THEM OUT INTO THE HALL BEFORE PACKING} BUT FOR ME THAT IS A LITTLE THING.

Easy to get in an out even in busy days, the elevator always works and the automatic lightning in the aisles is a great feature

Overall excellent. Super nice team (Rhonda and Gilbert).Very helpful. The only thing I would suggest to improve is ramp access. I rented a 10' ft u-Haul and could not back it up all the way to loading dock. There were no ramps available and I would suggest that you recommend your customers to check/rent one either from their truck rental company or from you directly. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

Place looks great and office desk people were very nice. Our unit was a bit dusty but other than that it was very good, docks were supervised by attendants and access was easy.

I stored my sons college things in this facility. On the weekend that most kids move back into their dorms, they closed early on Saturday when families were trying to check out from out of town. Then they were closed Sunday and Monday leaving me no choice but to extend my stay in Providence. They hung up on me when I called to discuss the problem. DO NOT use this facility if you are a college student.

My son attends Providence College and his move in date is Labor Day. Guess what, Storage America is closed Sunday and Monday for Labor Day so we can not get his stuff. DO NOT rent from them if you are a college student. Hung up on me when I tried to ask for help!! TERIBLE customer service.

Central falls hasn't been known as the greatest place in RI. This was my first time out there in many years. WOW! My opinion has changed. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The building itself was great. They had art work hanging, done by local kids and everything was clean as a whistle. Gilbert, the manager who set it all up was a hard-working, no non-sense guy. Very friendly just the same.

I move a lot; I have rented storage units all over Mass and RI; I have never gotten such good customer service in my life. They answered every question I had. They walked me through everything. And I was the A**hole that showed up 20min before they closed. They were amazing!

Overall, Great place. Nice staff. Clean, great Security, great access hours 5 AM to 11 PM midnight seven days a week. And half the price of anything around here. Climate control too. According to Storage Facility special pricing on the Rent was only for two months not three. Some discrepancy from what the phone representative said. She told me three months. But overall still a good deal. Some confusion here. The paperwork got screwed up. When I went to pay July's rent a week early the computer had me down for the full amount. The service rep had somehow screwed up the paperwork and had to be re-fixed in the computer. Still it was nice not to be charged to reserve and hold the room and not to be charged some bogus administration fee upon registration. All in all, great place highly recommended.

The people working at the facility were very helpful, friendly and funny! It was easy to do business with the gentleman because they were very organized and seemed to be happy to assist you and enjoyed their job.

Not in a great area- lights are on a timer and take a moment to turn on. Scary to go to after regular business hours.

online ad stated "winter special 4 months for $15" so I signing up thinking im spending $25 which included admin fee. but was told 5x10 unit is $15 per month, which is still a great price but $15 for 4 months is always better.SA reason for error was not the best either.

This is my 1st experience using a storage unit and I am amazed that I had such an easy time getting set up and moving items into the unit. The paper work was simple and quick, a 4 month discount was fantastic, and the regular price for climate controlled temp units are reasonable and the lowest in this area. The units are in a remodeled warehouse with loading docks for easy transfer from your truck type vehicle and easy to use carts are available to move your items. Security is great and I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage facility. The staff on duty are also very helpful as well as friendly with nice personalities......laughter and smiles !!!!

was looking for a storage unit and it was very last minute saw an online deal printed out and same day had a unit the staff member asked if i mined second floor and said its $10 cheaper great staff clean not trashy very pleased

I was very impressed with this storage facility in many ways: location, convenience, customer service, and pricing. I have rented storage units in the past, and think this one by far gives the best deals, options.

The people at this facility are easy to work with, and they got me in and out of there very quickly. They found the storage unit closest to the door available, had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out, and answered any question I had quickly and accurately. Having a Penske location on site made moving into the unit a breeze. The truck was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit or a rental truck.
