(24-Hour Available at extra cost) * Basement and 1st Floor units are an additional 10.00 * Additional unit sizes available * Rates do Increase at times; Notices will be posted threw out the facilities and on our Facebook Page months prior to increase (See Contract) * If we terminate your rental for non-compliance, no return of money is provided. * When moving out, you must move out prior to the last working day of the month, in order to not be charged the entire next month's rent. * Signature is required upon move out. * No Trash or property left behind at All or there will be a 500 fine. What you bring in needs to be taken with you at move out.

I made a reservation on Friday night for Saturday to go and rent a 5x10 storage unit but could not even rent the unit, the office was closed even though I went @ 11:35 which its within their office hours. so, I tried calling a few time on Saturday but no one picked up the phone. then I just called this @9:45 and someone picked up and as soon as I said hello they just hang up on me. So, I called customer service and cancel my reservation. definitely don't need that ordeal, I'm now going to rent a space from U-haul and save my self the hassle

The building needs to be cleaned and updated it is very dirty and it is very hard to get your stuff to the unit because of the floors and the dolly's they are so old and rusted they barely move

Overall very satisfied with our experience so far. Reservation was a snap. We reserved our 5x10 one night and were able to move in the next day. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not the best, run down and dirty, lift gates are not in great shape. The facility needs new paint. One of the gates was stuck open for over a day where anyone could enter the building. Should have 24hour access. No. One in the office on Sundays. No emergency numbers in case of a problem. No access to rest room. They claim do to covid 19. I have a medical condition where I need access to a rest room. They are not ada. compliant. They should have hand sanitizer available though out the facility.

I was dreading the experience of moving our stuff from our basement of the apartment! Our landlord said we could keep our storage stuff in the basement and then changed his mind a few months before our lease was up. We are pleased with the nice 3 month discount of 50% off and how down to earth the man was that set up the space for us! It’s affordable, spacious, and 5 minutes from our apartment! The carport is great too! One day we dreaded the pouring rain but the enclosed carport was great!!🤗

I choose this facility because it was close to where the furniture will eventually be moved to. The price was perfect because I planned to keep my items in storage for 6 months. I was NOT told, that after 6 months, the price of the unit would increase by nearly 50%!! I arrived with my furniture the day I checked in. I didn't have much choice other than to accept. I feel it was falsely advertised. It was misrepresented, and for this reason, I would not recommend it

This place is very well run and immaculately kept. It was the cleanest facility I have ever seen! i love the fact that you can pull into the building to load/unload. They have such a great system going here. Their prices are far better than anyone else in the area, too!

This is munch first time renting a unit from them and I'm impressed with how they secure their facility is. They always make sure the bay doors to unload are closed and locked when not in use with prevents intruders from entering unnoticed. It's also inside of a secure building and not outside facilities like uhaul. They are also very cheap and affordable unlike UHAUL. So my overall rating of this facility is definitely 9/10. I recommend this place for everyone!! The only downside is the storage facility gets booked fast ! But they let you reserve if they have what your looking for! So make your reservations!

I was very impressed right off the bat with the customer service! From the minute I walked in the door the employee was friendly, courteous, and was able to answer all my questions regarding the unit. Once we got to the unit, I was again impressed by how spacious and clean it was. Security does not seem to be an issue, as there were cameras everywhere I looked! This place is great, and I would recommend this being your first choice when contemplating storage!

It's nothing fancy. but the hours are convenient, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and there are plenty of units of all sizes, so there should be one that meets your needs. My only complaints would be that because of location (in a neighborhood), there's little off-street parking. And when I went previously there were only two flatbed dollies available, both of which were in use... and so I had to wait. But that's a relatively minor complaint. My suggestion, get there during off peak hours and you should be fine.

The bottom line is that it is cheap and easy to get to. The staff in Pawtucket was helpful and friendly, but in Central Falls they were very unfriendly. Either way I would still use them.

The facility really blew my expectations and the unit for the price you couldn't beat. I think the only complaint and why I didn't give a full five stars is management was 20 past the time scheduled to man the desk and we were waiting which kinda screwed us up a little but we worked around it. Besides that.....I give 2 thumbs up!!

Generally a good experience. Was a little concerned to see a HUGE puddle on the floor - it had been raining all day so pretty sure the roof leaks. This is troubling as the units are open to the ceiling, so all my stuff is exposed to this potential leakage.
