Convenient and I like being able to go until 11 pm to access my storage unit.

I made a reservation on Friday night for Saturday to go and rent a 5x10 storage unit but could not even rent the unit, the office was closed even though I went @ 11:35 which its within their office hours. so, I tried calling a few time on Saturday but no one picked up the phone. then I just called this @9:45 and someone picked up and as soon as I said hello they just hang up on me. So, I called customer service and cancel my reservation. definitely don't need that ordeal, I'm now going to rent a space from U-haul and save my self the hassle

You can find great deals and if you're doing short term totally worth it.

Good storage for college dorm furnishings over the summer so we didn't need to lug it all back home. Unit itsef could have been cleaner.

Check In with a reservation was quick and easy. The facility is well organized and when there's a cart around it makes the move in process much easier.

Easy access storage facility and great price

The building needs to be cleaned and updated it is very dirty and it is very hard to get your stuff to the unit because of the floors and the dolly's they are so old and rusted they barely move

The young lady that helped us was very sweet and very helpful! The storage facility was very clean!.

Overall very satisfied with our experience so far. Reservation was a snap. We reserved our 5x10 one night and were able to move in the next day. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not the best, run down and dirty, lift gates are not in great shape. The facility needs new paint. One of the gates was stuck open for over a day where anyone could enter the building. Should have 24hour access. No. One in the office on Sundays. No emergency numbers in case of a problem. No access to rest room. They claim do to covid 19. I have a medical condition where I need access to a rest room. They are not ada. compliant. They should have hand sanitizer available though out the facility.

I was dreading the experience of moving our stuff from our basement of the apartment! Our landlord said we could keep our storage stuff in the basement and then changed his mind a few months before our lease was up. We are pleased with the nice 3 month discount of 50% off and how down to earth the man was that set up the space for us! It’s affordable, spacious, and 5 minutes from our apartment! The carport is great too! One day we dreaded the pouring rain but the enclosed carport was great!!🤗

I choose this facility because it was close to where the furniture will eventually be moved to. The price was perfect because I planned to keep my items in storage for 6 months. I was NOT told, that after 6 months, the price of the unit would increase by nearly 50%!! I arrived with my furniture the day I checked in. I didn't have much choice other than to accept. I feel it was falsely advertised. It was misrepresented, and for this reason, I would not recommend it

Floors need to be fix cause of the wood is damaged and also elevate needs to stay open a little longer cause when cart get stuck when getting off it sounds like someone is hurt

This place is very well run and immaculately kept. It was the cleanest facility I have ever seen! i love the fact that you can pull into the building to load/unload. They have such a great system going here. Their prices are far better than anyone else in the area, too!

The price was not what it said in the reservation due to the unit reserved being all taken. However, I understand that it is due to the crisis situation and the customer service was very good.

The storage facility is clean and well maintained. The staff answered all my questions and were respectful. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s highly affordable and location is great. Security is top notch.

This is munch first time renting a unit from them and I'm impressed with how they secure their facility is. They always make sure the bay doors to unload are closed and locked when not in use with prevents intruders from entering unnoticed. It's also inside of a secure building and not outside facilities like uhaul. They are also very cheap and affordable unlike UHAUL. So my overall rating of this facility is definitely 9/10. I recommend this place for everyone!! The only downside is the storage facility gets booked fast ! But they let you reserve if they have what your looking for! So make your reservations!

I was greeted with a very pleasant all around atmosphere. Everything was clearly stated . The whole process was quick and concise. The overall experience was nice change compared to my past experiences with other facilities.

I was very impressed right off the bat with the customer service! From the minute I walked in the door the employee was friendly, courteous, and was able to answer all my questions regarding the unit. Once we got to the unit, I was again impressed by how spacious and clean it was. Security does not seem to be an issue, as there were cameras everywhere I looked! This place is great, and I would recommend this being your first choice when contemplating storage!

The storage facility has plenty of space and different room sizes to accommodate your property. This is my second year using this facility. It's clean and secure and indoors. I would recommend it to others.

Could be cleaner and it shows it's age. Desk agent was very helpful once he returned from lunch. Recommend you post online the lunch break when no one was there it was not right. . At the end of my 8 hour drive it was a little frustrating

I used it to store my stuff while moving. Great value for money, quite accessible, helpful staff.

It's nothing fancy. but the hours are convenient, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and there are plenty of units of all sizes, so there should be one that meets your needs. My only complaints would be that because of location (in a neighborhood), there's little off-street parking. And when I went previously there were only two flatbed dollies available, both of which were in use... and so I had to wait. But that's a relatively minor complaint. My suggestion, get there during off peak hours and you should be fine.

The bottom line is that it is cheap and easy to get to. The staff in Pawtucket was helpful and friendly, but in Central Falls they were very unfriendly. Either way I would still use them.

Did not have floor was asking for so gave a first floor for the same cost. Very accommodating and helpful. Easy process.

The facility really blew my expectations and the unit for the price you couldn't beat. I think the only complaint and why I didn't give a full five stars is management was 20 past the time scheduled to man the desk and we were waiting which kinda screwed us up a little but we worked around it. Besides that.....I give 2 thumbs up!!

Generally a good experience. Was a little concerned to see a HUGE puddle on the floor - it had been raining all day so pretty sure the roof leaks. This is troubling as the units are open to the ceiling, so all my stuff is exposed to this potential leakage.

I have been there for a week. Access and Security is good. Alex was great. However, during non-business hours I could smell marijauna in the facility and have killed a cockroach.
