Rented storage unit on line. Office called & asked what I was storing. The unit I rented didn't have a wide door. She switched unit for me. Moved in with no problems.

From start to finish the process of renting a storage unit is extremely easy and no hassle!

Stay away! No Security, my stuff came out of there with water damage and everything was absolutely filthy. There is a gravel bank next-door which must cause everything to be covered in dust and grit. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It used to be a great facility until CubeSmart took it over.

So far everything has been great

Reserving the unit was easy and the customer service representative was helpful. The local manager was informative and let us know the doors in the facility were being replaced but our unit would not be in the day we needed to move in. On the day of move in we arrive and the aisle/drive our our reserved unit is blocked by workers, roll up doors, trucks and tools. We contacted the office but no answer so we asked the workers to move and begrudgingly they did. To facility seems clean and easy to find. Access with a 26" moving truck can be difficult as the aisle are narrow but doable.

My son recently moved his dorm belongings into this facility. The place was neat and clean and the customer service was excellent. The people who work there are very professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. The best part about it was how reasonably priced it was. So glad we found it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Customer services was great. Nothing fancy - we did not need climate control, just a simple storage locker.
