Kristen was so extremely helpful and sweet! Calling me back, several times, because of my having to travel a substantial distance, and letting me know what's going on, so I wouldn't miss her I am in the process of moving from out of state back to Rhode Island during the Covid19 crisis... as if moving isn't stressful enough!! I genuinely appreciated Kristin help! Awesome customer service, she went above and beyond!

First time to use storage facility. Was put off by fact not told outside units gets water from under door. Would have gone with inside unit if I had that knowledge before hand.

I arrived and the two staff members were more than helpful getting me a unit that was the right size. They were pleasant, helpful, and professional. I left there feeling that my "stuff" was in good hands. I would definitely recommend someone that needs to store their "stuff" give this location a try.

The woman who helped me was very nice and knew her job. The website should have made it more clear that insurance is required. The one time move-in fee also was not mentioned on the website. The security gate is currently broken, but they say it will be working again soon.
