I just moved in, but so far so good, except that they forced me to buy a cylinder lock for the unit for $25, but i saw that most other untits had regular padlocks on most all units. They were super helpful to get me in the day I reserved the unit.

After a bad customer experience at a different storage company, I took a chance and checked into Prime Storage. I received a telephone call promptly and I could not have asked for better service. I went in the next day and the two employees were friendly and efficient. The entire location was very clean.
