I am using this facility to store things temporarily (< 3 months) while moving. Staff is helpful and friendly. Close to I-20, so convenient for my purposes. Facility seems almost brand-spanking new and clean. Only one suggestion for improvement: there were some unsmooth places leading into the entrance door that I was rolling my stuff through; it was a little challenging to roll a cart loaded with boxes over those places.
