Great pricing for climate control units. Gated, surveillance cameras throughout the facility. Very clean and quiet. Depending on where you live, the location can be considered "out there". But it's off a main highway, close to the interstate. My biggest but pretty much only complaint is that there are no dumpsters for storage unit renters to use. There's a dumpster on the facility grounds but it's gated and locked. After calling to see if there is a universal code for tenants to use that's when the representative informed me that there is no dumpsters for tenant use. I'll be honest, even tho this facility had everything i was looking for, including my "deal breaker" which was 24 hour access, if I had known there was no dumpsters, I would have continued to shop around for a different facility. Like I said, this location is pretty far out there and there are no landfills, recycled centers or public dumpsters near our around this facility. Some days I come to the facility in my regular car to work on my resale business inventory and supplies and don't want to haul bags of trash with me in my car all the way to the other side of town for disposal. Please reconsider letting tenants use the facilities dumpster!!

I needed a unit quickly and at a good price, I looked up this facility online and booked it in minutes. This was such a simple process and the facility is nice and clean. If you have any questions or concerns you can call them and have it taken care of immediately. Highly recommend.

Easy Move In and Rhe Virtual Assistant was very Courteous & Helpful!

We moved a few boxes into the storage area today. The light fixture in the unit did not come on. The access door close to our unit was locked so we had quite a long way to haul the boxes.

easy to sign-in online as well as in person. were treated very well by the staff as we checked in. would recommend this facility to anyone.

WAs running late .needed storage sane day.couldnt find the place got in touch with lady (trisha) I believe .and she stayed on phone w me till I found the place .and it was right at closing time .she even stood out in parking lot to flag me down so as to see that I knew where to go ..got me in and out in no time .thanks .

She was very friendly, personable and explained everything. On the day I actually moved my stuff, she and her boss Trish were beyond helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
