Overall good experience. My 10x10 was a 9x9, but they did say the numbers were approximations. The protection plan doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cover any of the things Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m actually concerned about, so it might be a better idea to get renters insurance elsewhere. Simple enough and helpful costumer service when I called.

MADE A RESERVATION,I HAVE THE CONFORMATION AND PRICE TOLD ... WENT TO THE N.MAIN ONLY TO FIND OUT THE OFFICE WAS ON PEAR MAN DAIRY..GOT THERE.. SHOWED JENNIFER MY EMAIL CONFIRMING TOTAL AMOUNT..SHE ALSO TOLD ME I WAS ABLE TO GET THE SAME SIZE AT PEARMAN LOCATION ..FOR $5 MORE ..BUT SHE SAID IF I REALLY WANTED THE PEARMAN I ONLY PAY $5. MORE . WHEN ALL SAID AND DONE I ENDED UP PAYING $25 EXTRA..THEN AFTER ALL THE PAPER WORK I ASKED FOR THE UNIT NUMBER AND AHE SAID SO DO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET TO NMAIN AFTER TELLING ME I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ONE ON PEARMAN.. SHE ALSO SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE THE RESERVATION.. I WOULD LOVE THE MANAGER OR HIGHER TO GIVE ME A CALL (864) 581-8972

I have been renting from this place for a year or more and I have no complaints. It's nice,neat and clean. Customer service is great. I highly recommend this if you're in need of a storage facility.
