I just got a unit few days ago and i had no issues. I showed up few minutes before closing and they were really helpful. Excellent customer service.

Clean, secure units. Helpful staff. I had used them before and was happy, so I am back again.

Talked with Brittany on the phone and met with her at the appointed time. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and informative. The rental process went smoothly with the electronic process at the counter as Brittany walked me through every step. She showed me the space and assisted me with the security gate process (access, security code, etc.). The monthly price was higher than anticipated due to what I'm paying in Michigan but other than that, I am very satisfied.

We found the personnel very helpful and found the facility clean and accessible.

Lashanda I just wanted to take the time out to express my great gratitude about her customer service. She has been an outstanding person and extremely helpful with me finding what storage location fits my needs. She's awesome!

After a home fire, we stored household furnishings here for almost a year. The people that work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They deserve an A! The actual storage facility, however, is somewhat lacking. The security gate was broken and nonfunctional the entire time we did business with this company. Inside the actual storage units, there is definitely a problem with rats! They can be heard scratching in between the walls and rafters, and their droppings were all over the storage unit! They chewed through a gallon jug of water, and also chewed on some furniture.

Simone was very nice and helpful. She answered all questions and gave great advice to making sure everything stayed in good condition due to me not getting a climate control room. I would definitely recommend.

Ramps needed entering doorways especially when using a dolly or flat cart. The pavement should be level without a rise for obvious reasons. Also dollys and flat carts-should be more accessible and inside each doorway. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I enjoy everything outside of the gate hours. I work so much, my availability runs close to 9pm and I need to have access later than 9pm most times. Changing them to even 11pm would be great, especially since there is someone living at the facility.

On 02/19/2017 I went to confirm my 11:30 am reservation and Brittany handled setting up my storage needs. She was super nice, very professional and very helpful. I wanted to take the time to let you know about your FIVE STAR employee. Was quick, simple, and to the point.

I have had no issues with this company. They are very friendly, welcoming and even called me to see how I am adjusting to moving into the area. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good storage unit.

I called the central phone line and reserved a unit one afternoon. While on the phone with central reservation, I was told the unit would be reserved for me for a week and that the manager of the local Public Storage would call me. The next day, I left for work at 6:20 a.m. and didn't return home until about 9:00 p.m. I did not check my email all day but I did go by the storage facility and pay for the unit. My experience with the manager onsite was fine. She was professional and pleasant. When I got home and checked my email, I found an email from Public Storage stating I had to pay for the unit that day (which I did fortunately) or the unit would be given to another customer. That contradicts what I was told on the phone. Also, the email claims I was called several times. I had no missed calls, no voice mails, and no texts that day. I feel the statement is dishonest. The other thing I did not like was that the unit required a special lock you have to buy from Public Storage. It isn't a lock that you can use anywhere else. I do like the security and cleanliness of the storage facility and feel my goods will be quite secure there.

We needed a storage unit for a few months and I called several in the area. The ones closest to our home had no availability, so I had to look elsewhere. I found two less expensive than Public Storage but when I actually looked at them, I was dismayed ... no gate, no real security ... and in one case the access was not paved. We chose Public Storage and are SO glad we did. Got a discount for booking online, and Property Manager Lashanda proved to be a delight to work with. She's efficient, professional, and personable ... a great combination. The unit itself is clean, in good condition, and there's plenty of room to park and negotiate loading and unloading. I guess a good description would be that Public Storage takes its job seriously, and this is a professional storage center.

Great facility and online reservations rock!!! BUT, when I got there was told I had to have insurance and asked which option I wanted to go with... after reviewing the form later I saw that insurance IS required, but you CAN DECLINE... this was not stated by the manager and is VERY misleading and, in my opinion, unethical. I cancelled the policy she signed me up for, but it never should have gotten to that point.

The Lady who was on duty the day I rented my unit was very helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasure to deal with this facility.

The people are friendly and helpful. And the units arr clean and secure.
