The facility is very clean and associates were very friendly... my only issue was I made a reservation to hold the unit online and they quoted me a price then and then when I got to the facility they couldn't find the reservation for a long time and then when they did they said it had been canceled, not by me, and then wouldn't give me unit for the price that I was quoted originally..I had to pay more than what I wanted too.
