I was under the impression that I was only paying $24 for the first month I end up paying $61 so I wasn't very happy about that. My family was already working on a very tight budget not extra money cut into funds we need it for other things

Checked in online. Texted a gate code, keys in locker with paperwork. Was able to go right in, move stuff into locker, and everything went well.

The associate was very patient and helpful. Looking forward to seeing them around while using the storage unit.

Super convenient to my home and lots of options. Space is clean and secure. Month to month lease. Couldn't be happier.

I rented a unit and then I didn't need it but was not allowed a refund never used the storage unit. Ms Hazel was very rude and I will not reccomend anyone to public storage.

Public Storage overall is an excellent storage facility. However, I don't think that it should be mandatory that we buy there are locks. I think we should be allowed to buy our own personal locks.

I was told having tractor trailers bring in my stock was not a problem but that was not the case today.

Got me a storage unit same day I called during busy season super helpful staff and clean facilities.
