I moved in a few days ago with the Sno blast blue trailer

Not the best units. Ground is not paved. Rocks and grass. Broken drywall between units. You cannot see into neighbors unit. Only a sheet of 1/4 drywall between units.

The staff here is super friendly, local, long-time owners. The facility is all drive-up and has been there a while but has been updated with new doors and locks. You end up buying the lock and supplemental renters insurance but this has no deductible and saves you from any claims against your own renter's policy should something go wrong. Despite being a facility with outside access, the ground pitches away from the buildings so flooding is not an issue during Charleston monsoon season.

Location is central but can be difficult to access when traffic is backed up. I feel my boat is safe and secure here, easy trailer location for backing in.

Great customer service!! I just wish they had directional signs that shows where units are located. For example, A1-20 are located on this row and so forth.

We priced out 5 locations and CubeSmart was the best price to fit our needs for a 10x15 unit. The staff was so friendly, and most importantly, available when we needed them.

No one was honest about the $14 insurance monthly fee.

So far its good. Staff is amazingly helpful

Overall the storage facility is great. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

Price was great, location was convenient. The units are outside therefore there was dirt from the outside and a leftover wasps nest in our unit when we first moved in but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

I registered on line and traveled from Fayetteville NC to Charleston to store my belongings. The staff on site is some of the best i have ever delt with even with my military experience. They were very professional and helpful. Top notch operations!!!

Good location, but the unit rented was not quite as nice as I had hoped for. Rough concrete flooring and improperly sealed walls between adjoining rental units (however it was clean).

So far my experience at Cubesmart has been good. However, I wish the monthly rates would be a bit cheaper for the small space I am renting.

The young man was very helpful finding what we needed and got us out of the rain able to save valuable items. I think the price is a lil high but the customer service and security eased most of the worry. He drove us to look at it first to make sure it was what we wanted and was very friendly. In great detail explained times the office was open and insurance coverage. Also got us exactly what we needed fast.

Bottom line - Great service outweighs ALL other factors when I support (and spread the word) about an amazing business I've had the pleasure of working with. This American Storage on Savannah Hwy, Charleston SC was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a storage facility.

I was not impressed with the unit reserved for us but I was shown a different unit upon request and it was much more satisfactory which we did ultimately rent.

Time spent was quick, and efficient. Brian let my movers in to my unit,and they filled it up while I paid and signed the paperwork. Time spent was less than 30 minutes total time. Great Job.

The manager, Shannon, assisted me switch units when the original wasn't big enough. She was really really personable and had great customer service skills. I would recommend you based on your manager!

This place is very convenient, well-priced and the staff was very sweet and helpful...really!!

The sales person I met with was helpful and lessened the stress of moving with their manner. I was in a hurry and they attended quickly and courteously to my needs.

A busy first off the month, but Shannon was never flustered or phased! Some issues with getting the lock to fit the door, but it all worked out......and happily moved in.

I waited awhile because the computers were down, but the lady was still very helpful.
