I'd used Public Storage before. This place had better ratings and is closer to home so I decided to give it a try. I recommend it over other places.

The whole process was painless and the service was great.

James was very kind and very helpful. Storage unit was clean and having carts to help customers move items to storage space was a bonus.

The staff member was very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me through the facility and showed me where everything was (i.e. restroom, carts). She made sure that the unit I had reserved was what I needed before all the paperwork was signed. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the easy and 24 hour access.

Christie was very helpful and made our move in easy. I appreciate her taking the to answer all my questions. I also appreciate James calling to check on our move. The building was nice and clean. I felt safe going in and out of the facility.

The place is less than 6 months old and is very clean and tidy. The loading door is easily accessible, although it's a tight turn to back up to the door. The aisles are well lit and wide and pushing carts through them is easy.
