I tried to rent a unit from a self-serve kiosk, but came up short. I almost walked away without a unit, but I decided to drive down the street and ask for help. Tammy was amazing. In the end, the pleasant, courteous, and patient help from the manager at 3400 Broad River saved the day! Thank you again.

The office manager was really helpful and the space is just what I needed.

This is my first time ever having to use a storage space and I was kind of hisitant with leaving my items at the facility. But the agent made sure to point out all of the safety features and reassured me my belongings were safe

It was raining out and the young lady working still took time out to take me to view the unit and didn't complain at all. The entire experience was comfortable and friendly. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and was extremely friendly. She deserves a raise, seriously. I went in on Wednesday April 13th. She was the only person there.

The Manager on duty at the location where I have my unit, property number 28025, Al is very very impressive in his customer service. He was extremely helpful in assisting me in determining the correct unit for my needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and competent. I am extremely satisfied and will not be hesitant to refer anyone who asks me to this location
