Public Storage - Columbia - 3415 Broad River Road

Easy to book cheapest price available Andrew was great providing information and holding booking into I was ready to book. Online process easy. Would of like more information on what steps were next after reservation was booked that’s it besides that process was easy.

The service was great and it took less than 30 minutes to apply and get the storage unit. Customer service was good and the storage unit was clean.

The ladies at the office are very nice!

It was nice to experience someone who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was genuinely concern about what I needed that was the best fit for me. She also took the time to explain to me in simple terms of how everything works; As far as insurances, availability times to access the gates and to inform the office of anything i may need assistance with in the future. I would most definitely recommend this location to my family, friends and coworkers.

The staff was friendly and helpful but there were alot of extra fees associated with the rental that are hidden and unexpected. They advertise a $1 move in special and by the time you pay for all the taxes and hidden fees your up to $60! That's a far cry from a $1 special!

We checked in on line at store 24205 (3415 broad river road) Colo SC. went to the storage office were pleasantly met by Denise and Shea. they both had great personalities. Denise checked us in showed us the unit It was clean a very pleasant visit Our business was welcomed. We will definitely use public storage again....

Staff is great. Took alittle to long to do the rental, but not bad. At arrival there where some very loud, angry and rude customers there, the staff did their best to handle the situation and get them done and out, while reminding them that my 4 year old was there too. That ment alot to me.

Lights, cameras, all seem to be in place. However, front gate has been broken, mgmt is aware and is on top of it. I was not aware of on site overnight personnel, unti this occurred. Good job!
