Only issue was false advertising - offered a 10 x 10 move-in incentive of $1 for first month and $102 monthly thereafter, when we arrived they would not honor the ad special even though I showed them the ad listed on their website. Otherwise all was great and Tangie was super helpful.

I've never used a storage unit that was so clean and organized. I am so satisfied with this facility. It would be hard to leave.
