Easy access to the place and my unit.

I call her my buddy but the manager there is such a sweetheart!! She was really helpful with my needs.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve utilized a 5x10 air controlled unit for almost a year and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been great. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re on the job with watching our units. Once I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t close the door completely, but was able to put my lock on. I was contacted almost immediately that my door wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t locked securely. Upon inspection it was less than an inch from closingﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ now thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s security!

Clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. And I like having my own personal entry code.

Je'lyn @26593 gave us excellent service. We are very Pleased with our storage units at two separate Public Storage locations!

My only issue is getting things repaired and entry times. Had a light with out pull string when I moved in and still is not fixed 5 months. Ask to have access to different hours (just in case). Mgr cant not approve and email District Manger and never responded. I called and left messages and she never returned my messages

Nia was awesome, she made sure I chose the right size storage for my stuff since I was moving from out of town. She answered all of my questions. Nia was very nice and patient through the whole process, even with my antsy 5 yr old asking a million questions. We rented a storage unit for our daughter and were very pleased. They have excellent customer service, it was easy to use and there were no problems whatsoever.

I visited two Public Storage sites. Both representatives call me with me about storage sizes, items to be stored and packing methods and materials. I was shown the room sizes, a visual inspection was very helpful. We discussed property maintenance and care considerations for the local climate. Diedre and Jasmine were both knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. Fantastic customer service. I will make a lease and recommend their company and the facilities. Kim, Savannah.

I scheduled a monthly parking spot from December 8th to January 8th. Because I was one day over, I was charged for the full month instead of a prorated amount.

Good service, place is clean and storage unit was priced well. The manager assisted me, I do not recall her name. She was really pretty too which certainly did not hurt the experience!
