Public Storage - West Columbia - 1648 Airport Blvd

Todo fue muy fácil y ágil mediante la aplicación, el dia de la entrega fue muy fácil llegar a la unidad, allí estaba con un ca dado plástico, el cual rompimos para acceder a la unidad y allí efectivamente estaba el candado de seguridad con las recomendaciones, excelente todo!

Just an all around pleasant experience. Jennifer was awesome. She asked a few questions to assess our needs and got us in and out quickly. No pressure or aggressive up selling.

I really like this storage place it close convent and the staff is great

When I first walked in it was after 5pm and the lady was kinda mad at me for coming in cause they don't do reservations after 5. I was a bit mad myself with how she handled the situation, but I let it go. She was very helpful and willing to show me a larger unit space when I saw what I originally wanted wouldn't be big enough. Overall I am very pleased with how my interaction with the lady in the office ended!

Clean. The counter person was nice and professional. They didn't tell us on the phone that there was a mandatory insurance cost due at the counter

Shelley did an awesome job showing me the unit, and going over everything. She was very professional, and polite. She had great knowledge of the property, and of the policies. I look forward to using Public Storage on Airport Blvd.

Shelley was very helpful when I came in to fill out all the paperwork. They held my unit a week so I could rent it and made the process quick and easy.

The property manager, Shea, was extremely friendly and helpful. The storage facility wasn't exactly what I expected - it just seemed sort of dated. There were actually holes in the wall and I could see into the next unit. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Jennifer was amazing, has an awesome personality and honestly had a great time signing my paperwork with her/chatting it up. 10 out of 10.

When I walked into the office at the location of my unit, Shelly was very pleasant and helpful. She was detailed in explaining everything to me.

The property manager was very nice, sweet, and quick. The main concern I had was whether or not I got the right storage unit. She helped me to figure that out without me even asking. The only problem that I have is about the price. The initial advertisement stated first month one dollar. But my total was over $50 for the first month, even though my insurance and stuff wasn't that much. I didn't understand why it would cost so much. The lady asked me to help her with some contest or something and I purchased a box. I'm unsure if she charged me more because the fees were $25 all together and I know that box was not $25. I would give more stars but I honestly feel like I was ripped off. I didn't even see the receipt of the purchase until after I had all my paperwork.
