Unit was clean and easy to access.

Easy move in . Vet comfortable affordable n detailed. Some confusion on which building was which but overall good.

Easy to get setup. Was not thrilled with some of the surprise charges (including buying a lock, rather than bringing my own) and being required to add additional insurance when my homeowner's already covers this. Thankfully was able to get this resolved the next day. Otherwise staff was friendly, like the ease of access and ability to get in quickly.

Great service, advertisement doesn't match the price. You end up paying for this and for that. So please be more up front about what you will pay for. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great experience with Denise at this facility. She had us in and out quickly and recommended before hand that we come earlier in the day to complete the paperwork because we had a later move out time from our dorm. The facility was very clean as well. The whole process was seem less!!

Professional - Knowledgeable - Friendly - hard to find those qualities anymore! I was very impressed with DENISE. The property was extremely clean and you could have eaten off the floor in the unit that I rented. I hope that Public Storage knows what a gem this lady is... might want to give her a raise before some one comes along and offers her a job!! This was the smoothest transaction ever! Hats off to you Denise!!

Needs to keep a working elevator. Too much space with no elevator to carry the really big items.

Best storage rental ever

I input my code for the elevator, press the button, and the blue light did not ignite. I tried multiple times, and I eventually called the office, left a message, and no one returned my call.

They made the process super simple! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Facility is organized and clean and personnel were efficient and pleasant. I think you need to disclose sooner on the website some of the "hidden" costs such as charges for insurance (monthly) and need to purchase a lock (19.99). Went in thinking we would need to pay $25 and ended up being over $65! Also as a draw in, website said first month rent would be $1 but were actually charged $7.

I went in to rent a storage space and Donna was very helpful. She showed me the unit I had originally reserved before I completed the transaction. That particular unit wasn't big enough for my needs. Donna showed me another one that would do the trick. She was very kind and helpful. She answered any questions I had and even the questions I didn't ask. This location is very quiet with no problems with intruders. Anyone who needs some extra storage, I recommend Public Storage.
