I hadn't rented a storage unit in 20 years. I called the number, had all my questions answered, rented online and they sent the contract via email. I signed it, received my code to enter and when I pull up to the facility and enter my code, there is a personilzed message for me. The unit was clean the first time and the facilities have been neat and clean everytime I have been by. For me this experience has been "Easy Breezy" and the rates, at least in my area, are VERY competitive.
