I was a bit surprised there was no office at the site to assist if someone needed help with something. You are pretty much there by yourself. Fortunately I was able to speak with customer service and they were a great help.

The unit is clean and in a convenient location. Easy online rental. Storage place was initially hard to find and Waze and Google maps were wrong on location. It's actually behind Car City next to another storage facility. The sign is small and not seen easily on the main road.

Secure, great location for storage units and parking spaces at a reasonable price. I rent an RV parking lot, only issue is the space is narrow and can make opening door fully on my rig difficult. Customer service by office and attendant who does park services has been wonderful.

I have had a storage unit here for several years. My rent has gone up so many times. I have had two increases within a one year time frame. I am paying more for my unit than what units the same size are currently going for. I have tried several times to speak to someone about my rent amount, no luck, can't get anyone to have a conversation. I am told there is no one who can help. If I didn't have so much stuff in my unit I would take everything out. Also, bugs, a big problem since SpareBox took over. We have had to bomb our unit so many times!

I just moved in on 12/31/22 and I'm pleased so far with everything. Easy access and plenty of room for trucks to get through.

Very convenient. Easily accessible. Everything was done quickly once I arrived. The kiosks are great. The only issue was the map. The GPS doesn't go directly to facility. It takes you to another road on the opposite side with no access.

Units look nothing like pictured. Unit was supposed to be an outside unit that a semi can get to. I am not sure that a one can get into this facility as I was told!

They have went up 3 x in one year on their prices but yetttt to fix the gate issues. This whole past summer and longer has either had the back gate wide open or now the front gate wide open. ANYONE can get in, get what they want and get out. My 4 (four) digit code was given to someone else. No telling how long we shared the same code. One day I forgot my code and put a random 4 digit code and bingo I was in. This place is NOT secured. I go to my storage at least 1 or twice a week. This has been an on-going problem. Now they are saying their vendor wont be able to fix the front gate till Sept 11. Soooo its still free willy nilly in there for anyone. When I asked why they keep raising the rent but wont fix the gate, they keep comparing their rates to the next door ppl. BUT THE NEXT DOOR PPL HAS SECURITY GATES THAT NEED A CODE TO GET IN, not just anyone can enter. Why do you compare yourself with ppl that have functioning equipment. You do NOT. If they say they have cameras and they are watching, LIESSSSSSS...if that was the case, they would of seen the abandoned car that was left next to the pond for weeks. Not ask the renters do we know of who, how or when???

Helpful customer service, a variety of unit sizes and an easy kiosk check in. I gave this location 41/2 stars because it's hidden off the main road behind another storage complex which make it difficult to find.

Moving into the storage facility was so smooth nice and easy. I made my reservation the same day and was able to move things in starting an hour later. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit

The space is clean and so are the grounds. The only issues we had were our arrival and securing the unit. We were unaware that it was a kiosk system and not a person upon arrival and we were unable to pay for our unit at the kiosk and had to call a customer service person to sign in. The location is not well labeled and not easy to find, again had to call customer service to find out exactly where the units were. After initial concerns, we are very pleased with the unit.

The storage I got is a10x10 and when I booked it 2 years ago I got a really good deal at 35%off making it 86/mo. They are always trying to increase my monthly bill every 6mo which I guess is what they have to do. They usually answer the phone and always work with me if I'll be a little late paying. They are very well lit and although I wish they were open 24/7, 10pm isn't too bad of a time to close. They have an app so you can pay online which is convenient. They are off 501 so they are in a convenient spot for all.
