I recently did a long distance move. There was a major mixup with a pod delivery. I needed a space the next day. Gloria and Barbara were instrumental in making the impossible, possible! These ladies went above, beyond, and stayed late and came in early. And oh yes the unit is very nice too. Without these two women, it would have been an even more expensive experience. Good prompt service, but purchased locks should be in casing(brand new). The locks should not be sold out of the drawers opened. I feel this poses a potential theft threat to the customer. Thanks.

2nd Loop in Florence, SC location: The facility was clean, well laid out, and easily accessible. Faye in the office was very friendly, courteous and so helpful. She made sure I had the type and size of unit available when I needed it and made my check-in seamless and easy. Her attitude and demeanor make her a great asset to this facility!

The staff was friendly and very helpful every time I called. Faye was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me decide what size I needed and even when I came with my stuff she saw that I needed some water and she gave me a bottle. That to me is what customer service is all about going that extra step. Because I was so stressed about my stuff being damaged at a another facility (different co) and I had a lot of stuff I had to throw out she assured me my stuff would be ok here at Public Storage. I am still stressed about the stuff I had to throw out but I do feel better being at Public Storage.

Yesterday I had a great experience at this public storage location. I was in a tight situation and the manager Faye was very helpful, polite and VERY knowledgeable. She had the answers to all my questions. She put my mind at ease about my belongings being at public storage. My unit at another storage company was broken into but Faye assured me that my belongings would be safe at Public Storage. My experience was so great due to Faye I referred 4 friends to use this specific storage unit. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I went to the public storage on second loop in florence, sc. Jessica was my attendant and she was awesome. She fully explained every aspect of the rental fees and rules, and regulation. This was probably my best experience with a representative from aspect of purchase. Public knows how to hire good people.

I really enjoyed the registration process and meeting with the office manager. Her in site on the units were remarkable because she suggested a larger unit once I told her all the STUFF I had. And she was right!
