Public Storage - Fort Mill - 9896 Charlotte Hwy

The booking was quite easy and just booked in minutes. Also at the time of move in the instructions were crystal clear that I did not even call customer care or the manager on site. Every detail is perfect. I would love to use this self storage from hereafter.

Great location. Unit was exceptionally clean. The staff was very polite and took her time listening and answering all of my questions.

Wad quick and friendly, I did everything online and got a follow up call letting me know my storage unit wad ready with a provided lock. Great customer service.

I am extremely happy with the property and of course the property manager Jennifer, she is always so pleasant. Last week I moved into a 10x20 unit for work. There are a few thing I am unhappy with. Only because my past experience was so well. Before this for personal use I have rented a 10x10 unit which had a light in it. The larger unit does not have a light of which I did not even notice until I was moved in. I thought that is really weird the small unit had a light why not the large unit? Ok so then I thought there surely would be an electrical outlet near by on the outside of the building. Nope nothing anywhere! Since this unit is used for my work I will be in and out frequently and what's going to happen in the winter when it gets dark before 5pm? I guess I will have to buy several battery powered light. One other small thing. Since this is a work related unit, is there anyway possible to have the monthly invoice print on just one page? When I process my expense report I have to scan and submit all receipts and your invoice prints across to pages with a bunch of other unnecessary information. Other then that thank you for operating such a great place! I am sure to recommend Public Storage at every chance I get!

The entire transition was quick and easy. The manager was very knowledgeable and the staff was friendly.

All as expected except for condition of roadway within facility. No doubt it's ready to completely collapse; as in a potential sinkhole. If someone gets hurt or a vehicle damaged it could cost you a lot more than getting the repairs done now !!

The property is always clean and well maintained. Well lit at night. Property manager, Violet, is always professional, courteous and always available. She is continually patroling the facility to ensure a high level of security. Highly recommended.

Convenient for boxes. Great variety in stock. Violet was very helpful, asked questions about my move and showed me different options. I'll be back.

I needed a small place with little to no step (allowing for rain only) and a decend size door.... quickly. He made it happen. Come to find out it's normal to have special needs done quickly. He was informative, quick, even had to change some of the agreement the next day, no problem.

I contacted the Public Storage location that I was interested in via e-mail and they promptly set up an appointment time with me. When going to the location, I was greeted and was able to obtain the desired size unit and it was clean and dry. I was able to begin using it immediately.

I recommend this place to anyone in the Rock Hill, SC area!
