Professional management of the spaces and in setting up contract. Mgr. was incredibly personable and greeted us with a bottle of cold water. He also honored all online deals and discounts advertised, thoroughly went through the contract process, and showed us around and gave us a dolly to move. These units are humidity controlled. I actually felt the temperature drop when we entered the unit area. That's super important here in the Charleston, SC area. Glad we found Universal Storage Solutions.

Made reservation online went the next day..the staff was VERY friendly and extremely helpful, they have carts for use that are very handy when moving things alone
