Olivia was on point and had a great attitude! Soon as I walked in the door she greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me! I told her I made reservations for a unit and I gave her my name and she immediately knew who I was! She showed me my unit and put my info in the computer and took my payment and I was out the door in roughly 15 minutes! Such a smooth and quick transaction!

Patty is the best! Moving is a very stressful time, but Patty had us smiling and laughing. She was so helpful and clear about all the terms and conditions. She gave us a tour of the facility, showed us how to work the key pad and doors, personally took us to our units.

I would recommend the storage facility to anyone

They advertise one month free and they make you purchase insurance and the price quoted per month did not include the insurance, therefore the rate was actually higher. when you pay for this and that at the initial sign up the final amount is a rent payment, so there is NOT a month Free. In addition the lock price of 17.00 is ridiculous.

Personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. I could not ask for better customer service.

Nice facility. The manager was nice. But he forgot to put in the gate code.

Although it's cheap for charleston, they keep it clean and up to date with climate controlled units and security.

DEFINITELY FELT LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER THE FIRST TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR, HE KNEW MY NAME, SHOWED ME THE UNIT, AND ASKED EFFECTIVE PROBING QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE I WAS PURCHASING EXACTLY WHAT I NEED, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS, BUT HAVING THE OPTIONS HE WAS ABLE TO OFFER, MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS REALLY GETTING A TAILORED EXPERIENCE JUST FOR ME. EVERYTHING WAS THERE AFTER SMOOTH AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. DEFINITELY FELT MORE CONVERSATIONAL, RATHER TRANSACTIONAL.

We moved in on 9/26/15 and one of staff (Mike). He was very friendly and polite. Good attitude. He made us laugh early in the morning and I am not a morning person. Very clean storage bins, well kept.

Michael was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that disappointed me was the size and price of what I needed. What I saw on line that compared what I had to store to the space needed had to be doubled (in size and price) when I got to the physical location. The false advertisement made me choose this location. Although I may recommend it because of Michael, I would caution the person in the above area.

Quick and friendly customer service, the manager was even willing to stay after hrs for a few extra minutes to help complete my paperwork. Easy drive up access with the moving truck.

The facility was significantly cheaper than all others in the area I checked online. It is clean and well-lit which is important to me as a single female. The fellow who did the paperwork was very friendly, explained everything well, and I was given excellent customer service.

I did not like the location or the fact that it did not have interior lighting in the uni8t that I WAS SHOWN.

I really like that there are coded gates to get in and out. The unit was very clean. I'm afraid of spiders and I didn't see one web. The unit was all swept out and I felt very secure while loading and unloading my truck.
