First off, this complex has climate control options that they can readily get you into. I'd tried to get into other units before coming here, and there was a wait list or they could not guarantee climate until right before my move. Here, no problem. The pricing is fair and the complex is immaculate. The only issue that arose was a poor assessment of how much space I would need given my inventory. They did address that issue and quickly resolve it, getting me into a proper unit.
