Perfect space and lowest prices in the city. When I arrived to store my furniture the unit assigned was already in use but customer service didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t waste any time correcting the issue.

Everything about my interaction from reserving the rental unit to moving my belongings into the unit was simple and beyond satisfactory. The gentleman working in the office was awsome and went above and beyond to help me, even allowing me to have my baby (dog) on the premises with me.

Overall an easy process to reserve the storage unit online. We shopped around and the pricing is was really really good. The fact that the business office was closed Sunday and Monday is not the most convenient part from a customer service perspective. We had to wait to set up entrance code and complete the transaction. The unit was clean but the asphalt getting to the unit was a chewed up and the pot holes need to be fixed. Overall for the price and type of unit (not climate controlled) a really good option.

The only problem is the lock. It is rusted and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open it without a rock to pound it!
