Michael was very helpful and patient with me, I was indecisive. He had no problem walking me around the facility showing me my options even though it was time for him to close. He was the reason I choose to use Midgard!

This place has done no good for me at all if it's not one thing it's another they lie on their ads they lock you out when you paid your bills they make you do this n do that to make sure that they are safe but then when it comes down to my things I'm stuck without because they have me locked out again this is ridiculous I do not recommend this place I hate this place as soon as I can get my stuffout of here I'm out of this place

The big main door was open wide open for everybody to come and go as they please, I didn't like it there's no direction outside of the buildings explaining what number the units were in that area! Homeless people are walking in and out of the building smoking cigarettes and stuff

The place was clean, the prices were good, the management was very helpful and I like the set up of half indoors but also outdoors and the ability to pull up your car to the indoor part.

Mo was an excellent resource. She was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Had to move my daughter out of Furman due to Coronavirus and there was no way to fit all of her stuff in one car to make that happen. Was afraid of getting gauged on price. Got a small unit for a very fair price - and while the office was closed to public - they had someone there to help. Brian was incredibly helpful and efficient. The storage space was very clean and we felt comfortable with move in process and leaving some belongings there. Based on the helpfulness and courtesy of staff, and the facility itself - I would highly recommend.

As an added bonus, the people who work there are thorough and efficient, and seem to truly care about the needs of their customers.
