My spare tire was stolen off the back of my camper. The District Manager is unwilling to actually speak with me about it. They are unwilling to cover the cost of the theft...instead telling me to file with my insurance. They claimed their cameras were not working so they were unable to see the thief. My camper is parked directly in front of a camera and they advertise 24-hour security.

I've had a unit over 15 years and getting in and out has always been a challenge.. but since the owners decided to start selling space that was normally used for driving around other customers when they are in their units unloading or packing .. it's made navigating around the units a pain

While clean and convenient, policies and staff are constantly changing. Kiesha, the Butler Rd manager is kind and committed. The ownership has changed, prices have sky rocketed. Our trailer was hit and damaged while inside storage. We were not reimbursed or insured by Prime. The company is administratively incompetent. We have had 3 spaces for different vehicles and family. Everyone has had problems with management relating to billing, proof of insurance and changing policies. Be careful.

Although the location is inconvenient being off of Woodruff road, the location is secure, well-lit, and nice. The office hours are also inconvenient, and I was disappointed to arrive for my appointment to sign my paperwork only to find that the location had "unexpectedly" closed early for the day with no notification. Despite this, the price I got for my unit was too good to pass up, and it'll work for my purposes
