Service was great and facility pretty clean. The 10' x 30' storage unit I got required two locks, but isn't it so convenient that they just so happen to sell them in the office. Can get one for $20 or a two pack for almost $30. I reserved the climate controlled unit and inside temps were acceptable, though still pretty warm for me. Felt to be in the upper 70's inside, though better than the 90's outside in June.

Communication is top notch, facility is spicknspan clean, efficient online processing and payment, same day move-in, good window of time to access belongings, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d find it hard for anyone to ever say anything negatively about Ellis or this Prime Storage location/business. Made this Texan feel right at home and part of the SC family!

I NEVER leave reviews, ever, but I HAD to for this! Listen, I had a VERY last minute issue and had to have a storage unit available within a few hours time. The ladies in the office at Prime, specifically Melanie, worked extremely hard to make sure that happened and made an extremely stressful situation sooooo much better for me! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used a few different storage companies over the years, and Prime is by far the best one yet! Everythingﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, not bugs, dollies to help move heavy items/boxes, and awesome office ladies! Thanks so much yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all, you know how stressed I was that day and to think complete strangers made it so much better for me, is crazy!!!! Yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all are the best!!
