Crystal helped us pick out our unit and she was so helpful. I made a reservation thinking we needed a 10x10, but after looking at it and deciding we needed 10x15, Crystal let us look at the larger climate controlled unit and allowed us to lease the bigger on even though that wasnt our original request. She was very thorough with everything. We purchased a lock for $20 which was well worth it. The only thing I would advise is that they do sell you the insurance and it seems like its mandatory. However the sign in the office suggested the insurance, didn't quite say it was mandatory. But whatever, for $11 and getting the special online deal, and climate controlled all for about $110 a month for 10x15 space....Im very happy! Thank you, Crystal for all your guidance!

I have moved a lot, and each time it has been stressful. But, this time, my stress level was significantly reduced by the courteous service provided by Public Storage and particularly by Juanita. I felt calm and relaxed because of her positive attitude, professionalism and attention to details. She explained everything clearly with a great deal of patience. She truly rocks!

Juanita was awesome!! Made my first visit very pleasant, was very upbeat and helpful. Even stayed in communication with me when the spaces were running low. Left feeling like I had known her forever! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for great customer service!

I love the customer service here. They were always so helpful. The location is safe and great. It is a bit pricey. Other the that, I love it.

This site is a great place to store my things. I will do it again if needed.
