We didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need a big space. Just enough to clear out the garage and get my pick up back in. Choosing Public storage was made so easy through the website and Rachel at the facility. Cleanliness, courtesy, and convenience. Add a very good price. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve already told a couple neighbors.

Rachel was very helpful in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Absolutely no problems.

No light bulb in unit or string

The unit size is perfect and clean, front desk was very helpful. The road for the units is really Small and tight, very hard to turn around in. If you have a moving trailer or truck it's very hard to navigate.

Staff was helpful. Things happened on time. Open on Sunday, so very convenient. Putting a car in the unit was very difficult, even a small car.

This storage unit check off everything I was looking for. My only complaint would be that they were unable to provide a dolly to wheel heavy items through the indoor unit building. I was told it had been stolen and they had not replaced it. So we had to carry a washing machine and dryer by hand into the unit. Otherwise, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with the service I received. Especially with how difficult coordination with other companies has been during the pandemic.

Staff was friendly but I did not at all appreciate being forced to purchase the insurance especially when I wasn't bringing any items for 2 weeks and wanted to check with my renter's insurance first.

I made my reservation on the internet to get the discount. Was contacted promptly to verify my reservation. When I got to the office, Ang explained everything and I had my bin in no time.

Everything has been great so far. From the friendly managers, to the convenient locations, to the unit itself.

Friendly to people who are signing up and they give incentive for 5 star reviews. Less than 6 months in, they raised the price. We did not have an introductory price or a special offer - beware of their "good rates" and reviews. Price raised 16% Update: price did not increase again in the next year. Clean, no water leaks, no bugs so in my opinion, good storage option.

I was pleased with the move in process, but shortly after moving in, our rate increased. I was upset at the time, but the rate was ultimately still fair. After leaving our stuff there for almost a year and a half, we have moved out of the storage unit. During our move, it was nice to see we had zero issues with bugs (other than some spiders right at the door), or water/humidity. Overall, the staff on site was specifically helpful, and my only complaint would be that Public Storage (not the folks at this location) allows for rate adjustments so soon after joining.

Even received a follow- up call from management to ensure that all of my needs were meet. Juanita and Carol were extremely helpful. Juanita showed me the space and we took a really cool ride on the golf cart. The paperwork took no time at all and I'm incredibly happy with the space. I'm so glad I chose this location. Juanita was friendly and I look forward to seeing her in April when I make my payment!

Only problem I have is, for the money, you should have access to your belongings anytime.

This was our first experience with public storage. Carol, the manager, was friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave us things to think about when deciding the size of storage and fullly explained all options. We have really enjoyed the ease of access to our storage unit and the secure environment. Having a climate controlled unit gives us peace of mind that out personal items will be safe.

Signs everywhere say "1st month for $1". That is not true. Had to buy their style lock which is about 1 inch long and it cost $20. Not to mention that the kind of lock you buy cannot be used for anything else. Ripoff. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because they called me back when a unit became available. I was also told by one of the managers that the reserving of units only works when there is no one in the office that is willing to pay cash for your reserved unit. Not too happy with this organization overall.

They worked with me on changing my unit without incident. I think there should still be insurance optionsfor storing things in the parking spaces. The property could use some cleaning up and looks to be lacking some on camera coverage. But had an overall positive experience.
