Excellent service. Donald was very helpful in setting up my account and storage unit.

They called to confirm my reservation within minutes and when I arrived on site they had my keys ready to take me to show me the unit.

Angie is very professional and helpful.

Dani at the pine knoll location was magnificent! Her energy and conversation while breezing through the contract so efficiently was the absolute best experience I've ever had with storage!

Call center made our reservation. We got 8" of snow that day. Judith helped make our move happen! She was efficient and helped make a stressful time better.

The customer service associate was top of the line professional!!! Danielle was very informative asking my needs, not rushing me out the door even though it was close to closing time. She took me to look at several different units because the one first looking at she feltcwasnt ready due to dampness in it then door on next one needed puledvas she wanted to have no issues!! Great people skills I would recommend her again to someone in need of storage for sure.

Dani was perfect. She went over everything thoroughly and I didn't even have questions left to ask her. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this storage facility. The only bad thing is no access after 9pm. My work schedule is so crazy at times I won't be able to get to the unit in time. It would even be great if maybe no access in after 9pm but be able to get out of the gate after 9pm.

I have had a good experience here so far and am glad I chose this location. I highly recommend this Public Storage.

Clean fast and secure. Everything you want in a storage unit. Wish it was open later but will definitely rent again if I ever move.

I was shocked to see the level of care the staff had for making sure that my belongings were kept safe. They treated me like family and instantly I knew that my stuff was being taken care of. If you are looking to store your items,this is the place to be,they take security serious and are the friendliest most courteous people in the business today.

I have used Public Storage for 3 months and am satisfied with the service received. My unit is climate-controlled and easily accessible (drive up). The location is convenient for me and lighting and gates provide the security I need to access the items I have in storage. I have peace of mind that my upholstered furniture (which is also wrapped in blankets to keep dust and dirt off) is protected from extreme temps and humidity. The rent was fair (1st month $1) and was not increased "at will" like some facilities are known to do. Also, the agents at this facility are very helpful and professional.
