The staff has been very responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly.

I reserved online, and showed up 20-30 mins later there was no issues they got me into a unit right away and were very polite and pleasant to deal with!

I compared prices with 5 or 6 other and this place had the best rates. it is clean and well-run. The ladies at the front counter were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me to see several different sized building so I could decide what size and needed (in the heat! but they were very pleasant about it). I like that the gate into the place is linked to me personally. The security here seems very good. Plus it's on a busy street, very accessible. I recommend!

I was there to drop off some stuff today. I went to my storage building and put my stuff in there. I went to the office and the golf cart was sitting there. When I tried going inside office to see about purchasing one of your moving box kits the door was locked. It was before closing and I looked around to find someone but never did see anyone. I ended up going to U-Haul to purchase a moving kit. It was inconvenient since I had to go to another place to purchase something I could have gotten them while I was there.
