Public Stirage Has Helped Me With Moving On Two Different Occasions. Each Time , They Were Very Helpful. The Lafues Running The Place Were Very Sociable And Made Me Feel Welcome And Appreciated.

While I searched thru several pages of storage facilities, and have used others in the past, I found PublicStorage to be the best fit for me! Not only was it a perfect fit with me, the knowledge that Angie (who is my PS manager) has and was so pleased to offer me made my move soo easy.. I have had to call on her several times to answer questions and not only does she know the answers immediately, but has the most pleasant attitude about it! I would tend to think that she is definitely a huge asset to this company and wish her well there..

Angie's customer service and knowledge was excellent. She took time to explain everything and made sure all locks worked and we could maneuver through the process. I will recommend Public Storage to my friends.

Need more information on website about insurance requirement, did not know about it until I went to location.

I loved this place because JJ is awesome. When I walked in she was warm and friendly. She showed me the unit and made renting an easy process. I found out the next day I didn't need the unit and while she said she could not give me a refund for the unit, she would take the lock back. That was a huge help. She didn't have to call me back to do that but she did. Thank you so much JJ. You're totally amazing!
