I spoke with a representative Missy) about a week before arriving and then again the day before to see if I need to do anything in prep for arriving. On both times the price was confirmed. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn the price had gone up roughly 80%. The manager, Ashley, said that the price quoted would be honored and that management would make adjustments to my charges to do so, so I paid the higher amount due to being put on the spot upon arrival. The people I was working with were kind and courteous.
