On 2 occasions this company has charged my card without authorization, most recently making 7 attempts for different amounts. In doing this they completely depleted my account. I have always paid my bill to include any late fees and feel I should be able to do this of my own accord. To take it upon yourself as to when to take peoples money is very underhanded. I will never recommend this property to anyone, as a matter of fact will do my best to send them elsewhere. Would you want this done to you?

I needed a storage unit short term and need outside access. I settled on this location because of the price, but won't stay long term. The ad I saw for your location in Greenwood because it said outsie access, air conditioned.

Initial instructions were less than minimal. Would have been nice to have a live body in the office, but I understand the staffing issues. It was a good thing that there was someone in the building at a storage space to help with logistics. Everything cool now!!
